requirements, which include industry experience, participating in
a required training program and passing  rigorous tests. 

Our inspectors utilize a series of techniques and experience
during the investigation to determine the possible cause of a
product failure. During this process, they typically conduct a set
of tests then analyze the results and their conclusions which may reveal a potential otherwise unseen cause of failure. They then
rely on this data combined with industry standards, product specifications, our industry knowledge, and other information collected to identify the issue or cause of failure.
